Meet our Owner & Executive Chef
IN GOOD TASTE Catering Executive Chef & Owner Gretchen LeMiere has built a solid reputation as a chef for her innovative cuisine. She has won numerous awards for both her culinary expertise and business acumen. The list of corporations, politicians, athletes, business leaders and celebrities she has prepared meals for reads like a who's who and is too long to list! Among our many clients are Ralph Lauren/POLO, HBO, Ferrari, Audi, Cal Poly, Ed Attala, Centex Homes, The Green Bay Packers, Wyeth Labs and The State of California just to name a few.
Gretchen grew up locally in San Luis Obispo. After receiving her Culinary Arts Degree from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, Gretchen improved her skills in various restaurants in the city-by-the-bay. She then moved to San Diego to become the Banquet Chef at the Sheraton Grande Torrey Pines in La Jolla. Since moving home in 1998, Gretchen's culinary talents have been in high demand as she and IN GOOD TASTE Catering are continuously named among the best & brightest!
